Located within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering assistance whenever needed. The rooms were comfortable with all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view.

riad nafis was even better than our previous stay in marrakesh - the staff made us feel so welcome, gave great recommendations, and the swimming pool was a refreshing bonus in the heat. such a homely yet luxurious vibe.

Finding the place. Not a very suitable location for access by car.The modern riad is located in a car free part of the old medina and completely anonymous to a new visitor or passer-by, there being no names or numbers on its semi-hidden single entrance door off an un-named narrow pedestrian (+ mopeds/cycles) only alleyway. You're dependent on local kids (and baksheesh) to find the place. The nearest road is approximately 250 metres (maze like) walk from the riad and borders a high walled royal palace. The recommended long term car park is a 7-10 minute walk away, (carrying luggage on arrival and departure), although the hotel staff do help.

Additionally, it is situated next to the palace, ensuring a beautiful and historical backdrop. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a traditional style and extremely clean. The staff is very obliging, providing excellent service and making reservations for restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed at any time.

The initial walk to the hotel can be a little intimidating, but it is safe and well-lit.

Location is excellent as it is in walking distance to the main points of Marrakech.Very quiet as there is no traffic in the neighborhoods. For people with heavy luggage, the fact that the street in the Medina is not accessible for cars may be a problem.Laurent and Catherine are of great help. We certainly would choice this place the next time. Breakfast at the terrace is great.

The room and Riad is beautifully decorated. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Good location at the entrance to the medina within walking distance of the main sights. We hired a tour guide (Mustafa) who was wonderful, fluent English and really knowledgable.

The Riad is beautiful inside with lovely furnishings, a nice room with very comfortable beds and a fantastic plunge pool. The food was also excellent with amazing breakfasts and one of the best Tagines that we tasted in Morocco. The staff were also brilliant with lots of advice regarding restaurants, shopping and sites to see. The location is also ideal being a short walk from the main Jerma El Fna square and the souks and also a short walk from a number of sites.

Close to palace with good security. Convenient location, 15-20 min to everything. Great breakfast, nice pool, and charming rooftop. Manager met us late at night. Recommended.

My stay at Riad Nafis was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the owner Yassine made me feel so welcome and looked after. He even personally greeted me with Moroccan tea and treats and gave me insider tips on exploring the city. The accommodation itself was a perfect blend of Moroccan authenticity and modern comforts, and I loved spending time on the rooftop terrace, enjoying the stunning views. The food at the riad was delicious, and the staff provided exceptional customer service throughout my stay. I felt safe and well taken care of in Marrakech thanks to Yassine and his team. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.
